Dr Emmeline Taylor is the Director of Aptus Research and Consultancy Lt and has over 15 years of experience in research and evaluation across the private, public and academic sectors. Dr Taylor has worked at world-leading institutions on three continents (in England, Singapore and Australia) and is now London based.
